1-Being a Personal bonded warehouses items of Commercial Nature should be avoided when packing your carton. These could attract penalties or confiscation by Sri Lankan Customs and collecting agent has the right to refuse transportation of package.

2-Any high value item or items in contents must be notified to Agent and obtain approval before handing over at warehouse.

3-Agent will do there best to deliver with no loss, damage or delays in transit but cannot be held responsibility due to logistical constraints.

4-Customer is always recommended to take out his own Marine Insurance Cover to protect against any loss, breakages or delay.

5-Restricted Cargo should be avoided. Some of the items listed below.(Check with us if you are not sure and not listed below)

• Animal skin/ animal parts / livestock (non-domesticated)
• Dangerous goods/Hazardous materials
• Infectious substances
• Firearms/ Fire extinguishers
• Alcoholic beverages
• Human remains
• Drugs (including prescription drugs)
• Plants/ Biological samples
• Pornographic materials
• Lighter fluid and matches
• Tobacco or tobacco products
